Prices, ranges and timelines shown on this site are general guidance for the Ocala and Marion County market. They are not a quote. Only a written estimate issued after an on-site measure is binding.
Estimates and quotes
On-site estimates are free within our service area. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to material price movement after that. Quotes assume normal access, standard soil and no undisclosed underground obstructions.
Permits and approvals
Where we agree to handle permitting, we submit and coordinate on your behalf. Approval timing is controlled by the City of Ocala, Marion County or your HOA and is outside our control. You remain responsible for confirming property lines and disclosing easements.
Underground utilities
We call in locates before digging as required. Locates cover public utilities only. Private lines such as irrigation, invisible fencing, landscape lighting, septic and propane must be marked by you. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private lines.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for three years from completion. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you. The warranty excludes storm and wind damage beyond design conditions, vehicle impact, vandalism, ground movement, damage from equipment or livestock, and normal weathering of wood.
Payment
Terms are set out on your signed quote. Deposits are applied to material orders. Final payment is due on completion unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
