Wood & Privacy Fence

Wood is still the most requested fence in Marion County, and for good reason: it goes up fast, it screens a back yard completely, and it costs less per foot than vinyl or aluminum. The catch is that Central Florida punishes wood that is installed badly. Afternoon storms, sandy soil and 90-degree humidity will warp a fence that was built with green lumber or shallow posts inside two summers.

Vinyl / PVC Fence

Vinyl costs more up front than wood and then stops costing you anything. No staining, no rot, no rusted nails bleeding down the pickets. In Central Florida that trade works out in your favor somewhere around year eight, which is why vinyl has taken over so much of the new construction around Ocala and The Villages.

Chain Link Fence

Chain link is the cheapest way to put a secure, permanent boundary around a property, and black vinyl-coated mesh has quietly made it look far better than it used to. It is the default for dog runs, storage yards, well and equipment enclosures and any large-acreage perimeter where cost per foot decides the job.

Aluminum Fence

Aluminum gives you the look of wrought iron with none of the rust, which in a climate with daily summer rain and irrigation spray is the entire argument. It is the most common pool-code fence in Marion County and the standard choice where a homeowner wants an open boundary that still looks finished.

Horse & Farm Fence

Marion County has more thoroughbred farms than anywhere else in the country, and fencing here is not a decoration, it is livestock containment and injury prevention. A horse fence has to be visible, forgiving on impact, and free of anything a hoof or shoe can catch. We build perimeter, paddock and cross-fencing across Ocala and the surrounding farm belt.

Pool Fence

A pool fence in Florida is not a design decision, it is a code requirement, and it is the one fence that gets inspected. The Florida Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act sets minimum height, gap, latch and gate-swing rules, and a barrier that misses any of them fails inspection and leaves you exposed.

Wrought Iron & Steel

Steel is what you specify when the fence has to look serious and hold up to force. Ornamental iron carries weight that aluminum cannot, which makes it the right call for estate entrances, driveway gates, commercial frontage and any property where the fence is part of the first impression.

Gates & Openers

The gate is the part of the fence you actually touch every day, and it is the part that fails first when it is built wrong. Undersized posts, no diagonal bracing, an operator matched to the wrong gate weight: those three things cause most of the gate repair calls we take across Marion County.

Commercial Fencing

Commercial fence work is a different job to a back yard. It comes with a bid package, a schedule you have to hold, insurance requirements, inspections and a general contractor who needs the fence done before the next trade can start. We bid and run commercial fencing across Ocala, Marion County and the surrounding Central Florida market.

Fence Repair

Most fence repair calls in Marion County come down to three causes: a storm took a section out, a post rotted or loosened in the sand, or a gate has been dragging for a year and finally gave up. We repair rather than replace whenever the repair is the honest answer, and we will tell you when it is not.

Not sure which fence you need?

Tell us the problem instead of the product. Containing a large dog, passing a pool inspection, blocking a neighbor's view, keeping horses off the road, securing a storage yard. We will tell you what solves it and what it costs, including when the cheaper option is the right one.
