What we do differently

There is no secret to a fence that lasts twenty years in Florida. It is post depth, post spacing, footing width, fastener metallurgy and gate bracing. Every one of those is invisible the day the job is finished, which is precisely why they are the first things a cheap quote quietly removes.

We put those specifications in writing on the estimate. If a competing quote does not name a post depth or a spacing, you are not comparing the same fence.

How we work

• On-site estimates only. Soil, grade, access and existing conditions decide the real price. We will not guess it from a satellite image and then revise it once the truck is in your driveway.
• Written, itemised quotes. Materials, post depth and spacing, gate hardware, permit handling, removal and haul-away, all as separate lines.
• Our own crews. No subcontracted day labor rotating through your property.
• Permits handled. City of Ocala or Marion County, plus HOA architectural submissions where required.
• Three-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty.

What we will talk you out of

We would rather do a $2,000 repair well than sell a $9,000 replacement you did not need. If fewer than a third of your posts are compromised, we will quote the repair. If you are moving in three years, we will tell you that vinyl will not pay back its premium. If a chain link fence with privacy slats solves the problem for half the money, we will say so and let you decide.

That costs us revenue on individual jobs. It is also why the majority of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers across Ocala, Belleview and Summerfield.

Licensed, insured, local

We are a licensed and insured fence contractor operating out of Ocala, carrying general liability and workers compensation. Certificates naming additional insureds are available for commercial, HOA and multifamily contracts. We are not a franchise and we do not sell leads to other companies.

Where we came from

We started doing farm fence on Marion County acreage, which is the most unforgiving version of this trade: miles of run, livestock that will find any weakness, and owners who notice a fence that is out of line from a quarter mile away. Residential work came later. The standards did not change.
