What we collect
When you submit an estimate or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever details you type into the message field. We also collect standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device type.
How we use it
Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, schedule an estimate, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, deliver and warranty the work. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other contractors or lead brokers. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the business, such as our form processor and email host, and only to the extent needed.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Retention
Estimate enquiries are kept for up to three years. Customer records are kept for the length of the workmanship warranty plus any period required for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
Email contact@fenceocalafl.com to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. You can opt out of any follow-up contact at any time by replying to an email or telling us on the phone.
